This weekend I counted the stars.

Standing in a silent Venice, next to the canal, I looked up at the same stars I watched from my backyard in Oklahoma as a child. From here with my feet on a wooden pier next to the canal - the view of the sky is the same as it was with my feet bare on the wet grass at home. Home. I miss it. I have a keen longing for Oklahoma. And yet now,  I wish upon the same bright stars 

Mars shines bright in the night, a singular red light in the sky. Mars is not a war god like we think. He is masculine yes, forward in motion, strong and dynamic but he’s encouraging people to have power and be confident on their own.  I look for Venus in the night sky but Venus is a lady coming out early in the evening or again at dawn. Women are like that.

Hide and seek.

Nascondino.

She is not visible now, but just because you can’t see her doesn’t mean she’s not there.  She is the brightest in the sky after the sun and moon.

I do the dance with my own masculine and feminine energies. That dance between doing and being. Giving. Receiving. We are in harmony when we embody both the moon and the sun. Il sole. La Luna.

Both of these energies are necessary for the balance and longevity of life here on earth, but can easily fall out of balance. Our society has been in masculine overdrive for a while. 

The Age of Pisces. And now this week we had the solar eclipse.  I look up. I see the constellation Orion in the sky. His job has always been to help elevate humanity and usher in a new age of enlightenment and ascension here on Earth. 

They say a new age is coming. The Age of Aquarius. A new age is here.
