Salt. Pepper and Broiled Red Peppers.  

Meatballs. Half sausage. Half beef. 

Shaved Parmesan. Mozzarella. 

Heavy on the Parsley. 

Pan fried. 

Now simmering all day. 

Adding red wine when the sauce gets too thick.
