Bold Awards
A few years ago @epiludvik founder of the @boldawards and CEO of #crowdsourcing weekly reached out to me and invited me to the #boldawards. Anyone who knows me, knows that #iambold. I an American CEO living and working in Europe. I left my homeland 25 years ago an moved around the 🌏. I wrote a blog. Which became a business @theantiquesdiva. And that business became one of the leaders in my industry. That business is becoming a TV show. #watchthisspace. And that show is about #morethanantiques. I don’t think small. I dream big. I am willing to fail because without risk nothing worth doing is possible. When I fail, I #failforward because #thinkbold. I change tactics. I try again. I am persistent.
Winners never quit, they just evolve. I wasn’t able to attend the #boldawardsglobal last time, so this time I made it a priority to be there at @hfarm. The timing was serendipitous. As my brand is growing exponentially it’s also a moment to seize opportunities, to embrace new ideas and figure out the #nextsteps. The people I met at last night’s #blacktiegala were innovators. I was the girl who works in #antiques in a room full of tech. And somehow I felt I met my tribe. People who are changing the world one step at a time. People who #thinkdifferently #thinkbig who believe in possibilities and people to whom when I expressed my challenges- the question I want to solve in the #antiquestrade set down their glass of Prosecco and began brainstorming for solutions. That’s what we do at #theantiquesdiva - we come up with solutions. We brainstorm for ideas. We can’t solve every problem for our clients but we try. And we try because we care. We care because we believe in you. We believe in your #antiquesbusiness because we believe in the #futureofantiques. And we believe that a rising tide floats all boats. So together, we rise.
